9. Returns and Replacements

• A 2-day replacement warranty applies to defective products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notify Giftfirstbuy within 24 hours of delivery for issues like damage during shipment, packaging defects, incorrect product, or incomplete packaging.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging.

  • Replacement depends on stock availability; alternative products or refunds may be offered.

• Certain items, such as customized products and food items, are not eligible for return.

10. Refund Policy

• If a replacement is not preferred, an in-store credit will be provided within 15 business days, valid for one month.
