Shipping, Cancellation & Returns
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Non-Personalised Orders: Customers can cancel non-customised orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched, cancellations will incur a shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee.
Cancellation of Personalised Orders: Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they involve customization.
Cancellation of International Orders: International orders are non-cancellable and non-modifiable once placed.
REPLACEMENTS
Exchanges are only applicable for products received in a damaged or incorrect condition. Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
For claims related to missing or damaged products, an unedited unboxing video must be provided as proof. This video should be shared via email at support@giftfirstbuy.com.
Personalised or customised products are non-returnable. In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
REFUNDS
Refunds for Non-Personalised Orders: Customers may opt for a refund to the original payment method. A 5% transaction and cancellation fee will be deducted. The refund will be credited within 3 to 5 working days from processing.
Refunds for Personalised Orders: Upon cancellation, the cost of the personalised product will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance, minus a 5% cancellation fee, will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs after dispatch, deductions will include the personalised product cost, shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee.
Refunds for Damaged or Missing Products: Once we receive and verify photos/videos of the damaged product, we will notify the customer about refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard shipping timelines:

Express Shipping (Metro & Tier 1 cities): 2 - 4 working days

International Shipping: 10 - 12 working days
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. High order volumes may lead to minor delays. If there is a significant delay, customers will be informed.
Delays for Personalised Orders: Production and shipment of personalised items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be notified accordingly.
Non-Refundable Logistics Delays: Giftfirstbuy is not responsible for delays caused by logistics issues, including carrier delays or customs clearance. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once their order is shipped, including tracking details. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Giftfirstbuy is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on orders. Any charges during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
